Not my area but I received this with some other coins.

Looks like Aurelian Sol but I am confused by the mintmark O or Q

Weight 3.2gms Diameter 20-23mm

Any ideas of attribution reference ?

I think that Q is an officina of the Rome mint.

I believe this is RIC 135, Estiot 549.

Q indicates the 4th officina of the Rome mint, for this coin ,there is a P prima (1),S secunda (2),T tertia (3) and Q quarta (4).albert

I thought this coin was minted in Milan ? maybe due to the revolt at the Rome mint ?
