It doesn't look like a coin, as it does not bear the name of any country. It is for sure not American, but I am not positive about others.

Though, the idea of another country commemorating an American achievement seems hard to believe.

It's not a British coin, nor any other coin for that matter. It's a medal of some kind. I shall move this thread to the Medals section after I finish posting this. Judging by the lack of any official NASA logos, it's not an official NASA product.

Many countries friendly to America issued all kinds of souvenirs, including medals, for the Apollo 11 landing. This one is Apollo 12, the second landing, and was much less widely celebrated.

Do a google search for the image and then be prepared to wade through thousands of souvenir tokens and medals from around the world. Just use your title for this thread and you will be busy for hours. when You find one that looks like it click on the picture and it will take you to the web page that has the photo.

I know it! It's a medal that was enclosed to Italian weekly magazine "Tempo" in 1969. It was the second medal enclosed to this magazine, the first one obviously celebrate Apollo 11 Mission.
