Please help me Identify this coin. It weighs nearly 4 grams and I suspect is made of Bronze. I have seen other Greek coins depicting lyres but I can't find a positive match for this one.

Here are the pictures.

At this point I'm not entirely sure it is Greek.

I have seen several photos of coins that have similarly shaped Lyres on the reverse that are from Ancient Israel. On the other hand, I'm fairly sure that this coin depicts Apollo with his Lyre which would fall under the Hellenistic religions of Greece and Rome. I am entirely unfamiliar with ancient coins so I'm finding this quite difficult.

Does anyone out there on the forums have an idea of where this coin is from and what denomination it might be? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks for the responses Petrus and Antwerpen2306.

After searching the Wildwings website for the keywords Lyre and Apollo I still haven't found any match to the Reverse side. I did, however, notice that many coins do share a very similar bust of Apollo. If that is the case would they change the Reverse from denomination to denomination? That would help narrow down the search parameters.

When it comes to identifying Greek coins it helps to know what to search for. To search for Lyre will get you very few hits. The Greek word for Lyre is "kithara". Another word used (less often in my experience) is "chelys".

It helps to have a reference to look up what you need to search for:
