Welcome Urik, I know that most coins from palastine are hard to come by.

I often find Palestine 1 and 5 mils and occasionally the 10 mils coins in dealer's world mixed bins. I also thought they're suppose to be scarce based on book values.

Sadly the demand for both Palestine and Israel material is not that great currently in the US. I think Ebays relatively low sale prices can attest to that. In the 1960s and 1970s the demand was huge, but as the aging Palestine, Israel collector slowly dies off, do does interest.
