It's probably only slab-worthy at 65 or better imo. Below that and its not worth the fees.

I would say that it is BU Sorry, impossible to tell with the fuzzy pics.

At 10 mil+ mintage, it is not a particularly rare coin. At MS63 it is only worth about $45-$60. Consider what you paid + $30 grading and shipping fees.
