You might need to go to a map site (MapQuest, etc.) and look at the eastern half of Detroit, then look straight down. Most of my childhood I lived 11 miles north of Canada, now I moved to a 'smaller' town and have to drive 14 miles due SOUTH to Windsor.  Just one of the peculiarities in the state of Michigan. |

Spent most of my life (38+ years) in California, plus 6 years in Charleston, SC, but for the past 12 years have been in Bend, Oregon. Bend sucks, don't move here! ;)

Hey D-Train,
When it comes to Bend, you can't fool me. We know a couple there and just visited them a few months ago. Great place.
