Hello all. I am from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. I am living in the DFW metroplex and own a variety of coins. I have recently purchased several antique Canadian coins on auction for a song, and since I know little about them, I may be picking all y'all's heads.

Hi Everyone! From South Florida USA, Mid 40s, been coin roll hunting since the mid 1980s. Mainly I coin roll hunt cents, nickels, dimes, quarters working on a complete set from circulation only, as what I do in the hobby, filling the missing dates, upgrading for condition, one coin at a time for 30+ years at face value. Maybe it's not worth much, I do it for the hobby and enjoyment and the thrill of the hunt and that's what matters to me. Pride and Joy finds 1909 VDB (not the "S" hahaha) and a really nice 1915 cent in AU+ condition, as well as quite a few 1998 and 2000 Wide AM cent varieties. goal is all circulation strikes and mintmarks from 1946 to current, then go to 1932 then to 1909 and back from there although the older becomes the harder to find from bank rolls. I have all clads completed and just upgrade for condition whenever possible. It doesn't matter how you collect coins, there's 1000 ways to do it, we all have coins in common!

Hi there, this is Jack. I've been buying gold bullion coins and bars for five years. I'm starting to get really interested in the fine detail of coin surfaces and how grading is calculated. I really got interested after a recent trade which netted me a Mex. 20 Peso 1959 restrike. It really appealed to me when I saw it in the case, even more so when I photographed it at home. Man, talk about fine detail. I've picked up some 1837 Hard Time tokens for my accountant friends and coins tied to birth-years and places traveled to- of friends and relatives. So, I'm all over the road, picking up items that interest me. I'm enjoying soaking up this learning curve, I wish I had started years ago.
