I like looking for varieties in circulation. Searching Wheat penny bags for low montage and great conditionally rare coins, and I like getting a bag of bulk foreign and just going through one by one looking up the coins and reading about them.

I've lived all over the United States throughout my life. I was originally born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio until I turned 14, where we had to move to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Lived there for 2 years, then guess what?

ding ding time to move again! This time to Phoenix, Arizona where I lived until I turned 21. Post-College landed me what I thought would be a great job 45 min south of Cleveland so my fiance and I moved back there, only to realize the company will go under within 3 months

(I was right, it shut its doors about a month after I quit.)

Thankfully it all worked out in the end. I got a great job that puts my Computer Science degree to work in Nashville TN where I currently live!


It's funny I never grew up in a military family as most people assume. My dad was very high in the corporate world (and still is) so once he was done with one company whether it be consulting or implementing/getting projects done we'd have to move.

When I was younger I hated moving, I had trouble making friends and once we'd settle somewhere and I'd make a friend or two we'd have to leave. It's honestly what I believe is the main reason I even started Coin Collecting. Now that I'm older I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to see so much of the country that some people will never get the chance to. It definitely made me more grateful for dad working as hard as he does.
