Hi, I am Ian from Australia. I have been collecting for about 5 years, and have sent an introduction some time ago. My mail hobby was to collect each coin that was minted, but now enjoy the variations and errors.

Hello Everyone! Wendy from rural NW Pennsylvania here. Pulled out old jar of collected coins and now going through pocket change collected in a fish bowl. Started by googling first error coin and have spent hours digging and learning. I've got questions and hope to get a few answers here.

Hi I'm from New Jersey, USA. My husband started the coin books so I'm looking for errors. Nice to meet everyone. I'm excited about coin errors. They are absolutely cool looking and it's fun to see what can happen to a coin in minting. Thanks for having me

Hi All, I am Girish Kamath from Mumbai, India but now settled in London, United Kingdom. I started collecting coins in the early 80s when I was a school boy but my father took over this hobby as he too started developing an interest in numismatics. This interest boosted the coin collection very significantly as the whole family used to go on coin hunting trips every evening (to those who know mumbai, from Museum to VT [now CST]) and stopping at every street hawker who had a pile of coins. As years went by, my dad progressed to collecting Indian Princely States and Mughal coins and in the last 20 years he has collected a great deal. I am now trying to ensure that each coin is stored and documented properly and look for guidance in this community to help me with this mammoth task. I have now in my possession about 450 mughal/princely state coins which I want to store in Slabs and label them correctly for future generations to enjoy. Any recommendations from experienced collectors on what to add on the tiny label which comes with the slab? Looking forward to engage with this community and learn more about this great hobby, numismatics.
regards, Girish

Hello everyone, I'm from Oregon, a state on the west coast of The United States of America. I'm just beginning to collect coins.
I found my passion for it when I helped my partner sort through and organize his mother's coin collection after her passing. What a treat it was to be exposed to the world of coin collection.
I really enjoy looking for error, low mintage and older coins. I find so much joy in it. Any advice on my future posts will be greatly appreciated, as I want to learn as much as I can.
