I have never done much with world coins ,, so no world catalog !!
I may have to go to the library and see if they have one I can search .

NO, it's not Turkish, it's an Egyptian 2/10 Qirsh, Accession date AH 1293, (1876) at the front side the 10 (rulers date). KM 290 Krause 1801-1900.
