Hey ND,

I'm not familar with the currency grading service. How does it work and who does it..?

This is the new company founded by NGC. They just began offering this service this month. PCGS is following suit, but no idea when they will begin.

Same process basically as the coins. Ship to Sarasota, FL. pay the fee, and hope that it is unaltered and original and worth the fees.

I would like to see the grading standards publicized like they have done for the coins. For now, they could just make this up as they go along. Who's going to argue it?

Even if they do publish the guidelines, that won't make it much better. I guess that it is better than nothing, but barely.

Let's also keep in mind that the authentication of the notes is a good thing...it's not all bad
