I don't know if this would be considered a Cud or not I usually consider a traditional Cud as a more uniform rounded area that begins at the rim resulting from a piece of the die breaking off. Instead of breaking off evenly, it looks like this die may have been shattering in that area with little chunks and pieces braking off. Cool error.
