Just for accuracy in description, it looks like a 1908 New Orleans Mint Barber half dollar. I'm afraid the reverse rim is not full enough for me to give it a VG and I can't see what of Liberty is visible, so I'll say that strictly speaking in US Grading terms this merits a G (Good).

By the way, most of my collection of Barber halves looks like that one, it's a nice circulated, problem-free grade. They get exponentially more expensive as you move up the quality level.

Also, welcome to the Forum!

I'd also grade this G-4.

From the pics provided, I'd have to agree with the others. Better pictures might lead to a higher estimated grade (F-10 maybe?) but with what I can see, g-4 or VG-8

I'd call it a solid Good. Any chance you can get a closer shot of the obverse, or note if any of "LIBERTY" is visible?
