I'm afraid the reverse rim is not full enough for me to give it a VG and I can't see what of Liberty is visible, so I'll say that strictly speaking in US Grading terms this merits a G (Good). By the way, most of my collection of Barber halves looks like that one, it's a nice circulated, problem-free grade. They get exponentially more expensive as you move up the quality level.
