O.K. this one took some research. In my opinion it's not an N-10 or N-19 it's an N-28 which is an R.3. See attached links.

Newcomb's book stops at N-25. That's why I had to do some digging. Your coin is a dead ringer for N-28. Especially the deformed E in Cent, the closeness of the E in One to the wreath and the position of the left edge of the 1 to the nearest denticle.
So, my attribution is (drum roll please):
1849 N-28 R.3 30/25.
Had to kock it a grade for the big rim bump at 7:00 on the reverse, sorry.
Fantastic price for any VF 1849 let alone an R.3!

Thanks Celtic. Those lines on reverse should have tipped me off. The date position fooled me on the 1. Did not look like a 4 according to Grellmans pics.
