O.K. this one took some research. In my opinion it's not an N-10 or N-19 it's an N-28 which is an R.3. See attached links.

Your coin is a dead ringer for N-28. Especially the deformed E in Cent, the closeness of the E in One to the wreath and the position of the left edge of the 1 to the nearest denticle.
So, my attribution is (drum roll please):
1849 N-28 R.3 30/25.
Had to kock it a grade for the big rim bump at 7:00 on the reverse, sorry.
Fantastic price for any VF 1849 let alone an R.3!
