It looks like there is a fair amount of hazing on the reverse and I think I see a fingerprint in the right obverse field. I'd say it's a PR63. Please keep in mind that I'm not as proficient at grading proofs as business strikes.

I agree, PF62-63, for some reason the grading companies are really tough on proofs.
