this 2003 cent is extremely smooth on both sides. could this be the result of someone dipping it in chemicals or maybe a stike through?
any comments/info is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I always call these, damage , unknown source. It could be acid dipped or it could be an example of a coin that got stuck inside the fins of a commercial clothes dryer in a laundromat.
