This just has to be some kind of bad fake. Or what? The stars on the obverse and the reverse..... well the reverse speaks for itself.

Yes that rev die with the extreme doubling on UNITED used to be very commonly seen and could be found paired with almost all the dates in the series. All fakes of course.
