I have seen this on a more recent nickel, I think this is called flow lines, but on your coin, it looks awesome, great looking coin, it could also be that George's Spidey sense is tingling ;?

Would this be the same then?

I know it's an American 56 nickel, but am just comparing the "shimmer" effect which is all over this coin & on both sides...if that's what it is called...

It's flow lines from a worn die. I more often see this on US nickels.

Thanks-----flow lines
The lines, sometimes visible, resulting from the metal flowing outward from the center of a planchet as it is struck. The "cartwheel" luster is the result of light reflecting from these radial lines.
