With all those "sheets" in your last post I am going to have to check with your better half & I don't mean Barber or Kennedy & find out if you have changed the "sheets" on your bed or she is doing all the house work.

But you make my point to be educated we first need to take personal responsibility and put forth some effort.

rick,
the learning proces is the proces of live itselfs, the more you learn, the more you will know at the end.

But, it's up to you, and every learned person, if he want's to educate the stuff he/she has learned to the next.

When people would help eachother more, and don't think only abouth theyrselfs, not only want to get respect, but also give it, yes this little globe that we drain in a quick time would be a much nicer place to be and live.

What you sayd abouth the happening in Japan, I think it's already a large difference in mentality to react like the japanese did, something which comes with moral, honner, and selfcontrol of those people, which we only can respect!

Greetings, Carl

I understand the personal responibility to learn,, I understand the value that can be found in each post created on a forum such as this, I do not disagree with any of the things said in this tread and I appreciate the responses.

as my confidence level increases I find it much easier to discern which information and which posters I can have confidence in and who's opinions I take into consideration in my personal knowledge base ,,

I derive this confidence based on several criteria.

The initial information given.
The content and detail of that information.
The proof references that are given for the information.
The follow up to questions asked to clarify the information.
The expertise in a specific area or series.

Thanks everyone for the responses and insights !!

Rick
