Those are pictures of the obverse, for a DDR you need pictures of the reverse.

To me it looks like a worn out die, I say this because it looks "mushy". Do not take my word for it though as I am still learning.

This is a very common form of doubling seen on coins of the mid sixties. It is die fatigue doubling , a form of Mechanical Doubling. No die doubling here.
