Should I be saving all Canadian nickels from 1955 to 1981 because of the 99% nickel content ?
Thanks Bruce.

I think with the exception of 1942-45,53&54 all the 5¢ between 1922 and 1981 are 100% nickel.I have heard,a few months ago of 5¢ coins selling for as much as 20¢ each but I think the price of nickel has gone down a bit since then. I still save all the pre 1982 coins that I find in change.

Bill.
Thanks , I just found a link on Wikipedia that list all nickel content however could not get the link to come up here. Just go to Wikipedia and type in Canadian nickel or google Canadian nickel and Wikipedia will come up.

Bruce.
