Hi, I found this quarter yesterday. It seems to have a secondary image that is very noticable. I dont know how well you can see it in the pic but I got it back as change from the gas station and noticed it without magnification. I just figured one of you experts could tell me what it is right quick. It appears to be a secondary image of Washington, the scan dont show it very well I hope you can see it it is to the northwest of Washington.

Thats what a coin looks like as it is struck from worn dies. Not unusual at all. We sometimes call it die fatigue doubling in order to give an idea of the cause.
