You sure love to test my skills of attribution! It's hard to tell but I think it's an N-10. It's a beaded cord so that narrows it down to N-9,10,11,or 12. N-9,10 and 11 all share the same reverse. I believe it's an N-10 because of the closely spaced date and the fact that the date is close to the border. Also the left edge of the 1 is over the right edge of a denticle and the bottom of the 7 is over the space between denticles. Here is a pic of an N-10 for comparison:

Whew! My attribtion for this coin is:
1837 N-10 R.1 12/10
We'll see how it looks in hand the pics are very fuzzy.
