I have other 962 double but this the first 1962. are these uncommon.one photo shows the one better than the other.

In looking at the '6' my 1st thought was to opine that it is a DDO but I do not think I see the telltale notching for DDO.

It's also difficult to ascertain from the photo but do both top(upper portion) curved sections of the two upper loops on the '6' appear to have a stepped down profile as opposed to being on the same level?

I may have to settle on MD instead of DDO based upon the answers that I think you will provide.

All four of the numbers have a step down. Please explain the difference between a MD and DDO. Thank You
