The detail appears AU but the surfaces say XF. I'd go XF45

Razor sharp detail, I've got to go AU-50 on this one. Photos tend to high light the surface marks and this one probably looks better in hand.

XF-45 - Obverse is AU-50 but the reverse is XF. Not sure if it is the photos but the surfaces don't look original, may have been cleaned.

I'm with the AU crowd. There was a hoard of these which was cleaned abrasively when it was found; I don't have that impression from this one but more like it got stuck out in the weather for a while. A close inspection should reveal signs of that kind of cleaning anyway.
