Your blue arrows are pointing at split plating. The copper plating was pulled and split when the planchet was struck. And that "chip" by the 9 may just be a plating blister seeing it's in line with the split plating

I did see splitting along the line. It is not split all the way from one end to the other it skips.

Huh!, looks like linear plating blisters! or a few trail dies? mostly linear plating blisters,

I thought they might be blisters, I did try to poke them with a toothpick but none popped nor broke the surface.
