 To CCF! I'm pretty sure that those are just residue stains on your coin. If that's the case, then it's not an error. It would be considered Post Strike Damage ( PSD).

The lines on the coin are not raised areas, they are deep crevasses into the coin itself. It's not residue. On the edge of the coin you can see spots where you could pry the coin apart. Dan

It might be a Struck Through Thread error, but I am not completely sure though.
