JimmyD Bedrock of the Community Canada 21609 Posts	Posted 03/21/2015 2:00 pm I don't believe ICCS recognizes 1949 as a PL anymore. It would probably come back as a high grade MS. I also have one graded PL67 but won't send it to them for that reason. I'm not sure if CCCS would grade it as PL, maybe someone could help with that. The inner mylar flips are very prone to cracking, even if you drop the flip just once...
