im going through stuff that is for rechecking. how off center is worth keeping? this is a pic from coinscan.com. mine is NOT a partially tilted collar, I'mfocusing only on the off center of the core. the pic is as off center as any I have put aside.

also, if it doesn't add to the value of the coin, does it detract from its value/appearance when keeping the nicer ones for a set.

I think it would detract a very small amount from the set for a very small off-center coin. It only usually starts to gain value if the design of the coin is interfered with because of the coin being off-center, the one in the picture wouldn't really be worth much more than face value

ok thank you very much. now I can ditch them. just was hanging on to them not knowing if they were worth a premium or not; and I cant hang on to everything indefinitely that I dont know about.
