It appears to have AU+ detail and a light cleaning. The minor obverse scratch and rim bruise on the reverse likely wouldn't body-bag it and with the images enlarged about 10X, the cleaning might be market-acceptable too. I've seen such pieces grade MS62. AU Details is a worst case scenario.

ebay description? L@@K! GEM BU BEAUTY L@@K!

I also have it at AU55. Not 100% sure it was cleaned at some point as these really show any abrasions and minute scratches just by rubbing up against other coins. Gem BU....don't think so

Tough call. I think AU55 is conservative, but I won't call it 58. 55+?

I see the vertical hairlining of concern. Have a look in the field under the hair, near the three right stars. Is that a "patch" of hairlines with a relatively consistent distance from the head still untouched? Even if those lines eventually continue into the bun, that broader space between lines and the edges of devices lends support to the idea of an incidental and not deliberate swipe. Gold is especially susceptible - one quick swipe across a coarse tablecloth and the coin will look cleaned until you wear it a grade lower.

Not sure what you mean? A raw coin with a numeric grade is not allowed on ebay and how did you get the pic if you lost?

And believe me, I've seen a lot worse called MS63 but agree it's not THAT good.

It's not Mint State at all, much less 63.
