What is the denomination and, if any, value? Also, does that "GRAM10" mean 10 grams of silver?

It's a 2 Bolivars coin and should weigh 10g (new); essentially 5g of 83.5% silver per bolivar between 1901 and 1936.

10 grams of 835 fine silver.
The face value is 2 Bolivares.
The nomimal specification of the coins of Venezuela at this time (1935) was linked to that of the contemproray Latin Monetary Union.
