A religious medal, devoted to Our Lady of Guadalupe--

Non fecit taliter omni nationi is the opening words to Psalm 147:20 in Latin. In English, it means "He (God) has not done this for any other nation."

Reportedly, Pope Benedict XIV fell to his knees and exclaimed those words in 1754 when he first heard the story and message of the apparition of Our Lady of Guadalupe from Father Juan Lopez, S.J., and was shown a reproduction of the miraculous image on St. Juan Diego's tilma.
