The $45 would have been CAD. I think 2-6 would probably be worth in the 45-50 range so if the album is worth around 10-15 then I'd say you're doing alright, there are so few of those that come up for sale though so it's hard to say what it's really worth. It might take a while but I would wait for a good deal on the 1st coin (I waited two years before I bought mine and still paid a bit more than I wanted to). Just be patient with it, it's a nice set to finish since there are thousands of sets out there that only contain 3-6.

I would pay $45, there are some reaching $60 to $80 in the past couple months. The guy I bought the album said he got the album for $45. I don't know how true that is because I feel he got it from the mint and doubled his money by selling the 1st coin and the rest seperately. Either way as you guys said they're were only 496 minted from the mint which means there were only that many albums made. 496 complete sets were sold at the mint and rest of the 25,000 were sold individually without the album at the quebecois pharmacies as everyone claims. Did you get yours on ebay? I saw the full set without the album just go for $75 CAD which is a little over how much the #1 is going for, so I think that guy got a pretty good deal! I would've just bought it, kept #1 and sold the rest.

Yes I saw that full set go for close to $80, started making my second guess how much I spent on mine. I think it may have been an outlier though since I also saw those single 1st coins go in the $70 range. I got the 2nd coin on ebay from someone I knew without realizing it, and then emailed them later to see if they had the 1st coin also and we were able to make a deal. I have been hoping that they made more than 496 albums but seeing as how often they come up for sale I am starting to think that may be it. Do you mind me asking how much you paid for the album?

You are collecting a second set? How much did you pay for your second? I got the album including the last 5 coins for $60. So depending on how you look at it I spent 5-15$ on it. Do you know if your friend has any #1's left? How much did you spend on each coin?

I got the 2nd coin in an auction from someone I had bought from before so I messaged them about the first one and they happened to have one they were willing to sell. I am envious of that album, it will look nice once you are able to complete the set!

I bid on the 1st coin on ebay, I had the highest bid at $25 and someone bid $60 with a minute left, believe it or not! So I am still looking for that 1st coin. Ya I can't find the price of the album let alone an album alone. If you know anyone that might have the 1st coin or willing to sell, that would be great. I also got outbid on a 2011 Winnipeg Jets 50 cent with a second left. Grrr yesterday was a sad day.

There is a complete set with the album on ebay for $250! There are 4 #1's coins on ebay as of right now. All are way above my budget at around $90-$100.

If anyone knows anyone willing to sell or willing to sell themselves reply and maybe we can make a deal!

Yeah, it seems the #1 alone goes for $60-$80 on ebay. $75 for the set is good, getting close to my budget.

I have #3,4 5, and 6, bought them for a song. Probably better off at this point to wait for a complete set to come up for sale. It seems everyone needs #1 and #2 to complete their sets, driving up the prices.
