PC 5.62 Gr. It's not acid. As mentioned, I think this coin spent time in the ground and then manipulated. The Morgan looks more harshly cleaned than whizzed. High speed whizzing methods would use a smaller and much finer brush at faster speeds. Hairlines will often not be visible. One sided effigy or letter distortion would.

I think it was just a plain wrong coin mistake---or a wrong insert mistake. Send it back-----grade it a MS62---no wear---no whizz.
