I recently bought one off of ebay. I know the pitfalls of doing this, but I found one that seemed to be worth the risk. Including shipping I paid $37 for about 1 1/4 pounds of coins. So far all of the coins have been from 1900-1970, there are no duplicates and many are UNC. Better yet, I pulled the following silver (about 0.9 oz) from the bunch:
