I first thought this was PMD, cut on both sides. But on closer inspection it looks like a cracked planchet, if there is such a thing. It appears to be cracked all the way through, or at least affected on both sides. Unfortunately, it is also a bit worn. I look forward to hearing your opinions.

I would assume from the apparent "fold line" near the crack on the reverse that the coin had been bent, then carefully straightened again. Judging from the wear along the crack line on both sides, the coin seems to have circulated for some time after it was straightened.
