I think this is an N-8 Jerry which is an R.3. As far as grade I can go as high as VF-30. Too much wear in the hair and on the coronet to go any higher IMO.
1853 N-8 R.3 30/30.

thanks for the reply Celtic. I was thinking this was an N-16 which is R1+ in Gellmans book.
