I see it was struck by the Lombardo mint, wonder if they could be any help? It does look even better in Bronze.

The Lombardo Mint did a few Canadian trade tokens, to my knowledge they are based in Mississauga, Ontario (and are still in operation today!). However, like all Canadians they seem to also know how to cater to an American audience, hence the American political figures on this nice medallion.

Well I have found out that it was done in the fall of 1970's It is in a newspaper in a Fla city called playground daily news at Fort Walton Beach on Sept 10,1970 on page 32 in a column called the money clip with a photo.
I have located it on the net in 3 locations, Two sites are you can have a free trial for 14 days, but give use your CC information. and with all the problems you hear about trying to cancel the services I don't think I need to know that bad. The third site, a FSUni site didn't seem to be working when I tried it. One was newspapers.com and the other is the ancestry site.
The Lombardo mint has some great looking art bars in the copy of US stamps. Called Ignettes google images for Lombardo mint for some great photos of them. Silver, pewter, copper and bronze.
