Uh...yeah, lol! What, no bidders? It's against ebay policy to use one photo for several coin auctions.

Kurt and Mila,

They are separate auctions ... all with the same picture. And the seller makes a point (underlined) that the coin in the photo is the one you will receive. I wonder if all the winners will share it?

SeatedNut-
Yep--and I reported the auctions to ebay. Sellers should know better--the total lack of bids should give a clue, lol.

"If you are bidding on this coin for resale, buy at your own risk. Again this coin is Sold As - Is and Not Graded. What you see in the photo is what you will get. I make no attempt to hide any damage or flaws."
There are only two auction left running but both have the same picture. I asked if I bid will I get two identical coins ?

so none of you find anything wrong with this statement?
"I make no claims that this coin is or is not a re-strike. The statement "RARE" refers to the lack of mass abundance of this coin, it does not refer in any way to Quality, Age, or Grade!

Coin is Guaranteed Genuine"

The whole auction is wrong in lots of ways makes me wonder how he has stayed in business and even reached power seller status.

I was considering doing what Bryan did and posting quotes that are red flags, but I would in essence be copying the entire listing.
