Ebay Reporting Not As Effective As It Used To Be

About once per week I will scan the ebay 2 Cent section.
I make it a habit to report all violations of the new coin rules.
The first few times I did this most of the auctions were removed within a day or two. The last few times I have done this only one or two of the auctions have been removed most have been allowed to complete. It makes me wonder if its worth while to continue reporting them.
Anybody else noticed a drop in eBays actions in regards to rule violations?

Richard, I haven't experienced this. I'm still having a very good success rate.
