Yes, it is a modern replica of a shun zhi tong bao (#38918;#27835;#36890;#23542;) coin.
It has the same inscription as your "Unidentified coin from Vietname 3".
The reverse side is written in Manchu and indicates that the "coin" was produced at the mint in Fuzhou, Fujian Province.
Please note, however, that coins cast during the reign of the Shunzhi Emperor used only Chinese characters, and not Manchu, to indicate the name of the mint.
