Just checked heritage, looks like they sold a few VFs for that price range, but after shipping and buyers premium I would say it is close.
As long as you're happy thats all that matters.

Might be my monitor but sure looks like either no D or weak D. Great price if even just a 22D.

Unless the images just suck, I completely disagree with their grade. I think it's about a F-12, I don't see any signs of cleaning but I don't have the coin in my hand to tell you that and the picture quality isn't the greatest. Maybe that's why I don't exactly prefer NGC grading coins... PCGS is my favorite, haha.

I'm sure you will not get the coin in the picture. I have purchased from that seller (DSS bullion) on ebay a few times and have never had a problem. |

Yeah, their photos are not that great. I'm looking at a F-12. can't see any signs of improper cleaning.

I got it in the mail, and it's nothing spectacular. Full "D" mint mark, lost of die cracks on the reverse though...

Die pair 1, as it has a jogging die crack from the L in Pluribus to the O in One. Will post pictures later
