Maybe this has been kicked around already, if so, I missed it. Anyway, it would be very helpful (guess I am lazy) if the recent posting area would update periodically. I have my computer on at work and glance at it every once in a while, however, I have to update. Auto refresh would be great.

Have a look at the Active Topics Page. It can be set to refresh automatically at different intervals, drop down is top-right. When there's new active topics that interest you, hold down the control key and open them in new tabs/windows and read them. When you're done with them, click the Refresh icon top-left to start all over fresh.

I think it will work very nicely for you.
