It appears to be dated "886" - which in the Islamic calendar would equate to 1481 AD. Ottoman would be a good first guess with a date like that; this Ottoman silver akche of sultan Bayezid II, son of Mehmed II the Conqueror of Constantinople, is a good match, though I can't find a match for the mint-name. It's definitely Ottoman, and definitely this ruler.
