These are the coin I recent bought at my local coin dealer. I bought a total of 8 coins , and spent all of my monthly allocation....

Instead of creating multiple threads, I'll just put all of them in this thread and see what happen... will this violate the forum's policy...

My photography is not good enough to reflect the luster and color of each coin....

All inputs and comments are appreciated.....

1909 VDB has a very nice and even reddish-purple toning (I don't know what color to call or describe any better)

It is kind of hard to tell the wear points being in the 2X2's. They look like they could be some excellent cents! For grades in the 2X2's here is the best I can do-

1909 VDB-MS 62, this year has some great strikes, I can not tell if the beard is full or the neck and forhead.

1910- Same as above, I would go MS62-63

1925- This year hss some really weak strikes, I would go MS63.

1929-S- I would go MS62, this year is the same as the late 20's, late die states.

1930-S- AU55-MS62? I can not see any detail on the face and the check looks worn, this year is the same as 30-s though and could be more toward MS62-3

1930- This one has early die states and can be found with great detail, I would go AU55 if the scratches are on the cent

1933- This year is known for early die states and great strikes, I would go MS62

1955- I do not know the die states for these, check out Chucks site to see if one of his photos match your cent

I usually agree with Chris, I can't grade very well from pics inside the 2x2. If you really want accurate opinions, take those out of the holders and rephotograph. Look like some very nice Licolns, I really like the 1925!

Yeah, I was thinking about that too, but I was thinking of kind of get some opinion from you guys first; because if I take them out of the 2x2, I think it will be harder for me to return/exchange them. I know that some dealer will not accept any return/exchange once the 2x2 is broken....

1909 VDB AU-55
1910 EF-40
1925 MS-63 RB LDS
1929-S EF 40
1930-S AU-55-58
1930 VF-35
1933 AU-55
1995 AU-50 ELDS

to many coins in one thread for detailed explainations of the grades ,,if you have specific questions on any one coin please ask and I will be glad to give the reasoning behind the grades given .

Die states and grades from pictures are speculation and they become less accurate with pictures taken in mylars .

although I'm comfortable with what I have posted ,,I do reserve the right to change my opinion if good pictures outside the mylars are provided of any of the coins .

I guess I will have to take them out of the 2x2, take better pictures and put each coin on separate thread for grading... Thanks

I've also noticed they don't show up as well for photography in the 2 x 2's...
