There is a face (a whole head) at the top left of the Monticello. It is a guy facing to the right. All the facial features are there, eye, nose, lips, chin, hair, sideburn, ear, and tuft of hair at base of neck. In the magnified rectangle, the arrow points to a living doll's right forearm. Her left hand is touching her face. She has long flowing hair. I don't think she is naked, if she was she wouldn't be exposed- she would be double exposed.
