I once pawned a Carson City Morgan dollar for $65 (worth much more than that but I only borrowed the minimum I felt I needed) so I could attend a bachelor party for a friend of mine. I went back and got it a week later after I got my pay check. I will never do it again. My coins are going to either be in my possession or sold to someone who collects. Not locked up at a shady pawn shop so I could have some beer money.

I go in cycles between guns, coins and military knives. I have almost always sold for a profit, and every time I come back to coins I buy higher grades, so it is almost like a big purge every 5 years or so.
