Bay State Coin Show is the East Coast's foremost coin show as well as the oldest commercial COIN show in the U.S.A.! Bay State was named one of the TOP 10 COIN SHOWS IN THE U.S.A. by "Coinage Magazine." Bay State has run every single year since the first show in 1964.

At the typical Bay State Coin Show, dealers are in attendance from Ireland, Canada, Michigan, Washington, Ohio, Alabama, Colorado, Minnesota, Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina, Nebraska, Florida, Virginia, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, Wisconsin, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maryland, and Massachusetts.

This is the one show I go to every year and they have a ton of good stuff, including currency, ancients, rarities, etc. Hope to see you there!

When I retire I want to travel the country visiting the bigger coins shows like this. The wife may have other ideas, but I can dream.

My 10-year-old son and I will be there at 10:00 sharp Friday morning. What a shame he'll be too sick to go to school that day. "Coin fever," doncha know...

Got an email back in Feb. that the show had been postponed to April 17th because all of the snow we got this winter. Been watching the calender since. The kids and I will be there 10 sharp on Sat.

Although I might sneak in on Fri without them.

Just returned from the show. A fantastic show! No matter what you collect, they had it there. If you couldn't find at least fifty coins to drool over, that you need for your collection, then you are probably just collecting pocket change.

If you are anywhere near the area, you have got to check it out.

Since my budget is considerably lower than yours, Barry , I'll just post my take here.

Something for my young son who collects copper rounds and Zombuck coppers.

And Dad decided to start a MS 64 Peace dollar collection to go with my Peace dollar Dansco album

Wish I had a decent camera and could take good pictures, these pictures totally don not do justice to how blazing white brilliant these Peace dollars are in hand.

Just got back as well. My son got some nice lower-end coins for his 7070 album and I got some higher-end stuff on my want list. I'll post pictures in a separate thread once I have them ready.

Glad you enjoyed yourself, Denco7!

Nice pickups!

BTW, I was walking around in a black fedora hat and a black leather jacket in case you might have seen me there...

Quite possibly, I was in my usual khaki shorts and Texas A&M Football hoodie.
