I saw a Grant Commemorative for sale on ebay that had been graded "genuine smooth"?

I have never seen that phrase before. Does anyone know what it means?

"Genuine" is normally a grader's term meaning "this is in such poor condition I'm not going to grade it, but it is what it appears to be". "Smooth" would mean "design quite worn away".

Details graded slabbed coin.

The coin is a genuine US Mint product but someone has altered the surfaces to remove a rim bump or scratches etc.
