I think a government authority should be called here , not the secret service ............but when the appropriate authority is called the individual in need should be secreted off to a quiet room ! !

If I were in the secret service and received a road coin said to be a counterfeit. I would just contact the person that sent it over the phone or email and say "Thank you for your service" and not even bother sending the nickel back. Probably just throw it back in the road to be honest : P Or keep collecting PMD road coins said to be fake until I could get a free lunch
